I printed the manual and specification sheet from the Rode Website, the box has a link on it to go to rode.com/STUDIOSECRETS this takes you to a video which explains more about the microphone and its setup, this is the video that is on the included on the free DVD in later boxes, it can be downloaded on the page for free as well as viewed.
Free postage is via DPD typical two day service with insurance, I will fully wrap the NT1-A box in bubble wrap and ship inside a much bigger box to further protect it during shipping.
