ROLAND E09 MIDI synth with speakers and accompaniments
This is a little-known Roland product which has all sorts of applications for starter or professional musicians.
Although it’s from the “accompaniment keyboards” range it’s styled like a pro synthesizer so looks great on stage, and has a pitch/modulation lever as on professional synths.
You’ll have instant access to hundreds of sounds including high quality strings, basses, pads, leads, ethnic sounds and more.
You’ll be able to split or layer sounds, and start up single or fully fingered accompaniment patterns with strong drum sounds and imaginative harmonies.
Back home though the instrument is even more useful. Built-in speakers mean you don’t have to connect up to a PA system to practice. Dual headphone sockets mean you can include another musician without disturbing others. Facilities to transpose and change tuning make it easy to work with singers. MIDI clock transmitted for sync to other instruments. Power supply included.
All this for a ridiculously low start price far below the cost of other synths with no speakers or accompaniment facilities.

Pickup only with cash payment in NW London near a Northern Line tube station and the North Circular Road with easy parking. No shipping as I don’t have a box. If you have a carry bag long enough for a 5-octave keyboard it’s easy enough to carry, I’ll bring it to the tube station for you.
