According to our records, in many cases, the “not working” issue can be resolved that it will be NO NEED to Return finally.
For Example:
Case 1: A synthesizer was returned because “it is not working”, but finally it was found that user simply had plugged it in wrong.
Case 2: Another synthesizer was returned for the reason “no sound”, but finally it was found that it was because the internal cable is plugged out.
Besides, there were other Unnecessary Return cases because of setting to Mute, ribbon connector had come loose, using a self own broken adapter, setting mistakes etc.
Therefore please contact us first for avoiding needless expense or procedure.
2. Return items must be repackaged for safe return with the same care in which you received it.
3. Please use a Shipping Method which has Tracking Number.
4. Please inform us about: Name of the Carrier and Tracking Number after you shipped out the item.
5. We will notify you once we received the return item.

If free shipping was provided for the item, then our actual cost of shipping* will be deducted from the refund.

If items that are un-collected from buyers country Customs or Post Facility and returned to us, NO refund will be given on Shipping Charges.
Any item returned damaged, altered, with missing parts or accessories, or in any way less than the condition you received it are subject to reasonable devaluation fees to be deducted from the refund amount.
