This VS-880 Hard Disk Recorder is fully loaded with HDD-2 810 Meg Hard Drive and VS-8F1 effects expansion board, however the HHD Hard Drive is faulty and when armed to record will produce a “DISK DRIVE TO SLOW” message, meaning the drive is fragmented/damaged and needs to be replaced. I worked around it by attaching an external HD via the SCSI port and using that as my recording drive.
Replacement drives are available online and the device can even be refurbished to replace the internal HDD with a SSD drive/card reader instead (more information available online).
Other than that the device works perfectly, come in its original packaging.
