The item looks to be brand new but because I dont know much about the item I didnt want to advertise it in a false manor.There is also some kind of damage to the side of the box which looks to be from a drop.Am not sure if its suppose to but the supply power box when shaken seems to rattle.I have never tested the product as I do not know much about them and the plug socket is also a European one which isnt a U.K one.For this reason I am selling the item as it is and will not accept any returns.
