A rare opportunity to acquire this brand of British, hand-wired valve combo, as they rarely come up for sale, and I’ve never seen another in this size & configuration: 2 x 12 combo, with ‘HOT’ preamp – 3 x 12AX7 valves (the Sheldon site now only shows a 2 x 12AX7 in the preamp as the standard version).
The power stage can use either 2 or 4 valves, and supports many different types (EL34, 6L6, etc), plus the amp design allows for biasing by the user – no need to take it to an amp tech when you want to try different valves!
In excellent condition – it’s never been out of the house! Comes with footswitch, manual and black vinyl cover (the cover has some marks, but that’s what it’s there for, after all). It’s on castors which make it a doddle to move around (the castors can be easily removed if required – each one is retained by a ‘push-in’ button on its metal mounting plate).
This spec, including optional castors and delivery, currently retails at over 2400.

Due to the amp’s size, collection is highly recommended – we’re approximately 25 minutes from Junction 13 on the the M74 (heading for Biggar / Edinburgh), or to put it another way, approximately 2.5 hours north from Preston. (NB: if collecting, payment must be in cash due to Paypal rules.)
