A Sony PCM-R500 Professional Rack Mountable DAT Recorder in generally good condition with rack-mounting marks top and bottom and a slight dent to the case at the top.
I can’t test the audio ins & outs on this so it will be sold as seen, but I can confirm that the tape transport seems to work fine – it loads and ejects tapes, fast forwards & rewinds, plays and will go into record.
This was bought for an uncompleted project and is now surplus to requirements. It has been in storage for a couple of years but as far as I can tell it’s all OK. However as mentioned above, this is sold as seen and I can’t accept returns – hence the relatively low starting price.
This is a bulky and heavy item so postage is quite expensive – sorry!
