This Sony Dat Walkman TCD-07 is a beautiful piece of kit but I haven’t used it for quite a few years and when I put batteries into it today (as the mains lead has gone missing) an error code 02 came up on the display (as you can see in the photograph) and I do not know why this is. Whatever the error is, it means that at the moment the DAT Walkman will not open, so if you purchase it then you must be aware that this is the case as apart from this basic fault it is in pristine condition.
