This SSL XL-Desk is in brand new mint condition. It has been covered and rarely used, and it is still under SSL warranty. The included 8 x 611EQ modules make it an an excellent system for hybrid use with a DAW and outboard gear, which of course is even more expandable via the 500 series slots and patch bays.
The desk is currently on sale for over 14,000 new with no additional 500 series modules, the 8 x 611EQ modules would be 5,654 new, the patch bays and cabling are 2,300 new, and the workstation desk is worth 2000+. In all, this system – originally configured by Funky Junk – cost around 23,000!
**Please note that the black studio workstation desk was slightly scratched in a few places when I moved, therefore, it may require some touching up but nothing significant. Everything else is immaculate and the XL Desk itself comes with its original crate for transportation. I may consider splitting, so please message me if you’re interested in the XL Desk without any the EQ’s, patchbays or cabling.The system is currently in London SW13 9PY and I may be able to deliver it to any potential buyer in my van with some assistance.
Why am I selling it?
I’m working in the box most of the time, and don’t really need all of the features of the desk, so it’s rarely used. If I had more space and were regularly recording live instruments / vocalists it would be ideal. I’m also selling my Goliath HD audio interface.
