24 Channel Studio/Live Mixer and 24 Channel Interface bundle.
I am selling my trusted multi track recording setup. With this bundle you can achieve up to 24 channels of audio in/out of your PC at up to 48khz, recording 16 mic/line inputs at a time.
Tascam DM24
16 Mic/line inputs, 8 bus, 24 channel digital mixer. Lots of I/O (see photos) but no expansion cards installed.
This is a very easy to use and powerful mixer containing (most importantly) 16 very nice sounding mic pre-amp inputs.
I’ve recorded and mixed hundreds of songs, instrumental works, and voiceovers on this model of mixer.
This particular example is in great condition too; I’ve had it a number of years at home and only used it very lightly.
All faders work and move as expected (nothing missing, no jamming).
I have replaced the screen about 4 years ago, so that is not original but does work perfectly.
MOTU 2408 + PCI-324
One is the original model, supplied with the PCI-324 card for 32-bit PCs.
The interface has 3 banks of channels, up to 8 in/out per bank.
– one bank of 8 analogue in/out on unbalanced RCA connections.
– three banks of TDIF or ADAT digital (8 channels)
– one bank SPDIF stereo digital
This unit has had its main electrolytic capacitors replaced less than a year ago, which should extend its lifetime for another 20 years.
Cables
Included in this bundle are 3x brand new TDIF cables, to hook up the DM24 with the 2408.
This gives you the full 24 channels from interfaces to the mixer in and out.
Also included is the audiowire cables for the MOTU unit.
I’ll also supply a BNC cable to give you the option of using wordclock sync in case you require it.I can throw in some IEC mains leads too if you need them.
