Arturia – V Collection 7 | Windows
Arturia has announced the latest edition of the V Collection: their flagship anthology of rethought historical synthesizers and keyboards. The V Collection 7, containing 24 software tools and thousands of built-in sounds, is considered a must-have reference for musicians, producers, sound engineers, and keyboard lovers.
In V Collection 7, Arturia used modeling techniques to create accurate software versions of dozens of time-tested tools. Their exclusive True Analog Emulation (TAE) and advanced physical modeling make these legendary tools at your fingertips as software.
Included in the kit:
Synclavier V is a tool that accurately recreates and enhances the capabilities of a digital synthesizer, which participated in the creation of the largest hits and soundtracks for films of the early 80s. Its unique blend of additive and FM synthesis technologies has been created for stunning variety and a unique universe of cinematic pads and evolving tones.
Piano V presents you nine world-class pianos, ranging from a concert grand piano to a studio piano and unconventional designs. All instruments are based on modeling technology applied to sound and mechanics – strings, mallets, mixer, microphone positions and much more.
B-3 V introduces you to the king of electronic organs, the rich-sounding B-3, which was the basis of jazz, gospel, hard rock and reggae, and has been standing in every professional studio around the world for more than half a century. His electromagnetic tonewheel design gave him powerful qualities that later transistor organs no longer had.
Farfisa V brighter than Hammond and sharper than Vox, this transistor organ has helped amplify the sparkling sounds of the top 40 hits of the 60s and still maintains the uproar of upbeat genres. This virtual analogue has grown to a synthesizer, and can use custom waveforms, synchronized tremolo / repetition, has more control over envelopes and built-in effects.
Stage-73 V is an electric piano of the 60s and 70s with a rounded sound and a long sound that Wurlitzer always stood out. This instrument was popular with almost every keyboard player, especially in jazz, funk and ballads. The Stage-73 V accurately models the Stage 73 and Suitcase 73 models, all to the clove, pickup, and circuitry, and also includes an optional tube amp and classic effects.
The DX7 V offers you an authentic emulation of the 1983 digital FM synthesizer, which has earned a place of honor in the history of keyboards. This software version expands the capabilities of the hardware brother with new waves of operators, advanced modulation, arpeggiator and built-in effects.
Buchla Easel is an emulation of an analog synthesizer from 1973 that changed the way we create sounds with parameters focused on performance, focusing on the art of being a recording artist.
Clavinet V is perhaps the most famous electric keyboard instrument of all time, a legacy of the keyboard everywhere. Released by Hohner in the mid-60s, its funky energetic timbre has given birth to countless genres over the decades, from disco and R&B to progressive rock and pop music.
CMI V is known primarily as the progenitor of all samplers and the innovative additive synthesizer. Fairlight CMI really redefined pop music production after its release in 1979.
Analog Lab 3 incorporates the classic sounds of all V Collection instruments in one convenient interface, making it the ideal launch pad for your creativity. Thanks to a new browser, new modes and maximum keyboard integration with the controller, finding the perfect sound from over 6,000 presets has never been easier or fun.
Piano V 2 is the second version of the piano instrument based on physical modeling, which has undergone a complete revision. The new version contains three additional piano models, including Japanese Grand, Plucked Grand, Tack Upright, improved microphone positioning, improved equalizer and a new juicy stereo delay and compressor.
ARP 2600 V3 thanks to its sound palette, which ranges from heavy drum n ‘bass stubs to angular arpeggiated electronic bass lines, regardless of the genre you choose. The 2600 is a truly universal tool for creating sound, which still takes its place in modern music. Thanks to the unique combination of semi-modular architecture and related routing, the instrument has become one of the most versatile synthesizers of the 1970s.
Jup-8 V3 The Roland Jupiter 8 synthesizer, perhaps, to the least extent requires a special presentation. Immediately after appearing on the music market in the early 80s, it instantly gained worldwide recognition and, despite its age, is still popular. The front panel has controls for 54 synthesis parameters. The base part of the synthesizer contains two oscillators with a set of switchable waveforms, a mixer, a single-pole high-pass filter (HPF) without resonance, a resonant low-pass filter (LPF) with a switchable slope (12/24 dB / oct), LFO, amplifier (VCA ), two envelopes (for filter and amplifier). Moreover, any of the two envelopes can control the filter. The set of initial waveforms of the oscillators is small, but they can be synchronized and modulated, receiving many new shapes. When using frequency modulation, not only noises and bells are produced, but also clear glass sounds.
Matrix-12 V2 Times are changing, and now all the capabilities of the original tool have been transferred by Arturia engineers to the virtual Matrix-12 V. And, according to the established tradition, some additional functions were added to them, which were not in the original. This virtual synthesizer contains so many parameters that it is not possible to simultaneously place them all on the screen. Therefore, the working window has a page interface. In addition, the two main pages may have slight differences, depending on the type of preset loaded. Matrix-12 V is a very interesting synthesizer, although somewhat difficult to control, precisely because of the abundance of capabilities.
Modular V3 Arturia in partnership with Dr. Bob Moog, presents a synthesizer, from which, in fact, it all started … This huge modular system showed that electronics can be musical, so it is a catalyst for every synthesizer that we see today. We revived the uplifting modular synthesizer that has dominated the music world since the 1960s.
CS-80 V3 The virtual model may still be the same as the original could do, but in addition it has a modulation matrix and multi-layer Multi mode, which significantly expand the tool’s potential. As with all Arturia virtual instruments, no aliasing operates in this model, that is, there is no internal reflection of frequencies from the upper end of the range, which leads to the appearance of spurious sound tones.
Prophet V3 The Prophet V virtual synthesizer contains the stuffing of two instruments: Prophet 5 and Prophet VS. Unlike the original, the virtual instrument supports polyphony, changing from 1 to 32 voices. For each voice, there are two synchronized oscillators, A and B, which have, respectively, two and three possible waveforms, as well as a source of white noise. For a square wave, you can change the pulse width, either manually or modulating it using the LFO. The important thing is that all available waveforms in each oscillator can be used simultaneously. This gives a bold, harmonious sound, suitable for forming a diverse set of tones.
Mellotron V recreates the sound of the legendary mellotron, a film keyboard that has gained tremendous popularity over the past year. In addition to reconstructing the behavior of the film inside the mellotron, the developers also equipped the tool with the ability to work with third-party samples. Thanks to this, musicians will be able to create an individual teip machine with any sounds.
Synthi V and CZ V repeat the sound of the British modular synthesizer and a budget digital synthesizer. The first will surprise musicians with unpredictable modulations and a powerful effects section, the second will delight with the extensive possibilities of phase synthesis of sound
Mini V3 In partnership with Bob Moog, we recreated the legendary interface of his Sint of the early 70s, which was and is loved by generations of musicians. What really makes this synthesizer a legend of legends is its sound, and therefore we took care to simulate the intricacies of its internal characteristics.
SEM V2 The SEM module was originally created to complement other synthesizers, but later became an excellent sounding synthesizer. A unique filter that allows you to work steplessly from low frequencies to high frequencies, giving a great sound that no one else had. If several SEMs are connected to a 4 or 8 voice polyphonic system, it will become a beautiful sound.
Solina V2 Before polyphonic synthesizers there were string machines. Solina, originally made famous and rebranding for Arp, defined a class of sounds that are still in demand today as never before. Solina was probably heard on more albums in the 1970s and 80s than any other single keyboard.
VOX Continental V2 The transistor circuit and couplers behind this classic organ put it in the foreground on some of the biggest songs of the greatest bands of the 60s, 70s, 80s and above. VOX Continental V provides instant access to these awesome sounds and more.
Wurli V2 The Wurli 200A piano can sound not only soft, but also from soft to hard and daring. This tougher sound made him popular in rock music.
