Vintage 1977 HH Electronic V-S Musician Combo Amplifier 100w serviced & tested.
Iconic 70’s amplifier used by many punk rock groups, pub bands, cover bands etc
Overall good condition commensurate with age. Tolex has the odd mark here and there. Knobs have lost some of the chrome finish. Panel lights up well with no cracks. New main power supply capacitors. All input/output jacks cleaned and lubricated, all pots cleaned and lubricated. All voltages checked. Fully tested and sound checked. Original cover is torn in a few places and needs stitching down one side but it serves its purpose.
The front upper panel features left to right: Channel 2 Volume, Bass, Treble, then Channel 1 Gain, Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence, “Voice” switch, “Valve Sound” switch, Master Reverb, Master Volume. The front lower panel features left to right: Channel 2 input 1 & 2 jacks, Reverb switch, then Channel 1 input jack, “Effects-Input” DIN socket, Reverb switch, “Footswitch” DIN socket, and illuminated mains switch. The panel glows green for a cool vintage stage look.
The rear panel features a 240V IEC mains input socket, mains fuse, two output jacks wired in parallel rated at 100 watts into 4 ohms, then Echo Send and Return (FX loop), Mixer Output, Slave output.
Very loud amplifier. Great sound. Should be good for another forty years reliable service.
Sorry but it’s collection only. I have no box nor any suitable packaging. Alternatively, I’m prepared to deliver it in person within a 100 mile radius of Rochdale (OL12) for 50p a mile round trip. I might consider the possibility of you sending me a proper flight case or suitable wooden box for you to organise your own courier, you would of course be responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit.
