Legendary Joe Meek stereo compressor. Lovely sounding unit, great for drum buss, bass, synths. This is one of the last batch of the first run of 50 V 1.5 models hand built by Ted Fletcher himself before the switch to the 1.7. Original transformers and NO gain stage input control on the front or back, and NO ‘dark’ mode. As stated, this is one of the very first 50 or so original first production runs of this unit from the early 90s. With the machine beveled edge green steel faceplate.
These are highly sought after and you’d be pushed to find a proper V1.5 anywhere these days.

PLEASE NOTE* the VU meter backlight needs replacing, I have been in contact with Ted Fletcher (who made these original models) and he quoted 50 to get this done at his workshop on the south coast of the UK.
Otherwise the unit works as it should.
Comes from a smoke free environment. Would prefer collection as it’s a delicate piece of kit but can ship if needed, contact first for costs.
