A revox G36 for sale, overhaul and service last year. A beautiful sounding machine the service replaced any bad caps and resistors, replaced the selenium rectifiers to silicon re-lubricated the motors, Getting the machines transport working correctly, Set up and alignment. unfortunately the tape counter couldn’t be repaired. The Heads are in good condition and have lots of life left.
I was never intending to sell this great machine, but unfortunately needs be. The service cost a lot to get it running up to this standard.
The Nab hubs and reels are not included in the sale, just for show.
I’m sure you would be struggling to find a G36 running as well as this. But this a vintage tape machine so can’t guarantee, due to the nature of old electronics.
Can ship for 80 as it’s very heavy.
