I bought this purely as a two mic PA system, as the CD player’s carriage was glued in. On needing a bigger system I decided to see why the Karaoke side was not working. When I released the carriage, it opened to accept the CD, touched it went back in, but came out again. With or without a disc, it won’t stay closed. Looked on the internet, and could be just a switch to recognise carriage is home. I am not prepared to open it to find out. So the buyer knows the problem, could either super-glue it closed(works fine with no noises), Open it and disconnect the mech, or even repair it ?????. Both mic’s work and have echo if wanted. It’s all in good condition, and makes a great self contained Public Address System.PAYMENT.
