The desk is not in perfect shape. As such it is sold as spares. It does still function but not perfectly as not all functions work. Please read and study photos before bidding.
Some channels are temperamental and crackle, a few cut out. It would benefit from a good clean as it has been gathering dust in the attic for years.
We used this desk for band practice and occasional gigs. It’s not a massive desk but it’s fairly heavy. 1 person can carry it but there are a lot more compact desks out there.
After band disbanded I had it as a home studio desk to test and record things before taking to the main studio.
I only needed 4 or 5 channels so it was fine for me.
It also has vu meters but 2 of them don’t work.
A couple of the plastic surround sockets at the back are broken too and without nuts. One is the monitor out and the other is Hi Z on ch13 so it has never affected my use but if you needed them would be repairable. Please study the photos.
The good thing is it is solid and analogue.
It has 4 eq (hi shelf 10kHz ,mid sweep (0.35-5kHz), low shelf 100Hz) , 3 auxiliary send return, 4 group channels. Aux 3 can also be used as a separate tape monitor mix. The aux 3 could also be used as a separate monitor out, and the consoles built in monitor facilities allow selecting aux3 mixing bus as source. Eqs are not high end but decent sounding smooth hi and warm bass.
This would suit someone looking for a desk to pair with an 8 track tape machine or something similar although obviously it is also good for band practice or home recording projects.
With a bit of time spent cleaning and fixing and TLC you will have a decent desk with eqs, many routing options / grouping and 3 aux send returns!
